As anticipated, around 6 last night, the ice began to come down! I spent a while outside taking photos.... something about precipitaion entices my photography eye. Finally, I literally could no longer feel the controls of my camera, so I figured I best go in and thaw out.I hope everyone in Birmingham drives safely on the ice!
